Malibu Color Pigment Remover

The unique formula contains an antioxidant vitamin complex which helps retains the integrity of the hair while removing unwanted pigment from oxidised hair colour. May remove colour that was deposited with up to 20 volume developer 1-3 levels and will not re-darken colour. Malibu C Colour Remover cannot be over-processed and allows you to colour or bleach the same day.
