Blinc Long Lash Dramatic Natural Lash Enhancer can be used up to twice a day, in the morning and/or night, and is applied to the base of lashes, as you would apply an eyeliner. Only a small quantity of Long Lash is needed to achieve the desired results and should be used on clean and dry skin. If applying in the morning, allow blinc Long Lash to dry completely prior to applying makeup.
